Hi all. Just a note to catch up.Well we have been busy doing canning. We werent going to do peaches this year but there was so many on the tree across the road where Art and Alberta lived just going to waste so we did 4 dozen.We no sooner got them done when we got the plums.We did 2 dozen of them.Then on monday we put pumpkin in the freezer.Everytime I finish with one thing I say I guess that is it . Then I find something elseto put up for winter.But this time I think it is only if I can find enough green tomato,s to do a batch of mincemeat.I have got only 3 jars on the shelf left.Glen went to the hospital mon. morning for thebone marrow test.It is supposed to tell the Dr. why his blood is so low.He might have to have bloodtransfusion,s.My Arthritis is bad I pain over alot of my body.I have an appointment next week Wed.at a theraphist.I am not going to be able to go down east this fall. I am in to much pain every day.I hope by getting help this winter by spring I will be able to go. The first treatment is $5o . Then $4o for the rest.Ihope I can be helped befor to many.I have been on pain pills sometimes 4 times aday every day since befor I went to Bridgette,s and then sometimes they dont work very good.Oh well we all have our own cross to bear.I am so thankful for my family and friends in my life who show the love for me.So till we talk again. HI EVERY ONE Yes it is me finaly.We have been sort of busy since we returned home from our trip.Busy with not feeling the best. Glen came home with this Virtigo again.And me with my back and hip badly paining.This week we had to do things whether or not.Monday we put corn down in the freezer, Tuesday we canned pears,Today we bread. I think tomorrow we will put zuccini in the freezer for good zuccini loaves in the winter.We will can plums when they are ready. I asked Glen today if we should get abit more corn to put down it sure beats the stuff you get in the cans and is better for you.I have always enjoyed putting things together for winter and it is nice to have a variety.We dont have a place to keep vegies much past xmas so we do the best we can. We didnt put as much in the garden this summer so as not to waste.We have given alot of cucks away this year but not as many carrots and beets we used the space for other things.Well that is our life so far this weekNip and Ivy was down last week and brought some tomatoes ours are not rippening for canning. so we got them canned alsoThey brought a watermelon,a pepper and 2 cantelope to in exchange for peaches.We are getting peaches from accross the street at Arts nobody is living there now as Art and Roberta has gone to a home..The peaches are small but the price is right. There was nobody there to water and spray them this year.I better go for nowWe are having good hot weather yet.It was 45 cel. in the porch yesterday with the sun shining on it.This is the first year the heat has chased me inside to abit of air cond. Hi everyone. Hope you are all fine.We are not to bad here other than our daily aches and pains.I had to take extra pain pills this afternoonfor my hip.We went up to the Seniors place this morning and Glen played abit of pool and horse shoe by himself while I watched the class do osteo . fit.It was to strenuous for me.The instucture told me when I called yesterday she thought it would be but I should go and check it out. It was the no.2 class.The no.1 class will be starting the 1st. of Sep.so I will try it.It is for the beginners for osteo.We are going up to play carpet bowling tomorrow morning at 10:30.That even bothers Glen but he still does it.I felt it abit after I played also.That is all the news from around here. Hi all Hows things with all of you? Good I hope.We are not to bad here.We have had sort of a slow week. I think it was Wed. we went to the rec. place and Glen went swimming. Well not realy . It was exersize in the water.He tried to keep up to the others so needless to say he got pretty tired and was stiff body.To day we went up to the seniors center . Glen played carpet bowling I just watched for this time.We will go on Mon. to get a membership and probly do something then.Right now it is teribbly warm. Like up in the high 30,s. Hi all this Monday evening. Hope everyone is ok. We are ok here.We were going to go see some more places today but it rained,I had a nap this morning then we had lunch. After lunch we went shopping yup at Wall Mart.After we got home we just sat around and nothing.Just befor supper the sun came out so we went out and sat in the sunshine for awhile.I hope it will be nice tomorrow so we can go see a couple more places.We are having company Wed. afternoon so cant count on going anywhere then.We are supposed to get rain for a couple of days. Good Evening everyone. How is things with all of you? Well my Blog stopped at Fri. Sooo Yesterday Sat.We went over to Russel,s and picked up a few Queen Ann cherries then went out and foundthe Parrot island place.They have so many parrots there and the colours are beautiful.They are parrots that people have had but dont want anymore.The people that runs the place will put a parrot in your home free with a cage if you want one then when you dont want it anymore you take it back to them.Well we dont want one.You are tied down with a pet and I dont want that.We got back home early so just layed around the rest of the day.Glen and I went to church this morning.I am feeling so much better now.It,s been 9 days now that Iv,e been feeling this good I hope it continues.Of coarse I am still taking pain pills morning and night.Myback is rather bad in the morning till the pills kick in then I am pretty good for the day.Glen isn,t as fotunite.If he feels ok in the morning we have a couple of places to go see. It is supposed to rain Tues. and Wed.There is a booklet the city puts out every yr.to tell you of 101 places to see in the OkanagonOf coarse there are some I dont want to go see.I guess thats about all the news around here. HI Everyone Bridgette I just read the e mail on the Flour sack I got something to add to it . There were summer under pants for girls and I remember my friend Dorothy;s her mother dyed them brown of all colors. lolGlen just said he had under shorts made from the same material. You know. I have seen all of those things that this lady said was made. Oh what a memory. They sure was useful. Now for some daily news . In the life of Marrians Quest. This week Mon. I vacumed out my little Lady:van: then Glen & I built a bed for mei in it.Tues.we drove up another mountain road and took in the sight,s of the Goat Cheese Place.We only tasted about 4 kinds of cheese. Glen was not impressed at all but I like it . I used to buy it at the store befor he came in the picture. It can be quite expensive but I would get some sometimes.They make ever so many kinds of cheeses& other things also. Even ice cream.I would of liked to taste it but Glen said it cost to much.Guess I should take Bruno up there . LOL Wed. we made bread did laundry picked peas and shelled them among little things.Thurs.I wased out my van and found sheets to fit the bed and just did little things.Today ;Fri.we went and found the info. place at Summerland And found out where theOld Train still runs from so they called for reservations for us for the 1:30 ride.WE had a little time s0 we shopped abitthen had lunch at McDonald;s.We proceeded on to the train station and found it. We had abit of a wait befor boarding.We were in the last open air car whitch was great because it was up in the 30s and the breeze felt good.My but some of those tracks is sooooo close to the edgeyou sucked your breath in thinking it would help hold it on the tracks.It was a good trip but not exactly what I thought it would be.On some runs they have robers riding out of the bushes and holding up the train you then give them your change they ride off . The change is turned over for the needy.Then they have other special runs whichcost considerable more. I think some are around 50$. Our run was $20 plus tax each seniors discount.All in all we have had a pretty good day but tireing so till we talk again Lots of LOVE to all Your Mom, Gram,Great Gram, Friend. Well Hi to everyonethat reads my blog . whoo you know what?Yup I forgot how to get in to my blog.I had to look for the paper whereBridgette had it wrote down for me.I havent used it since April I think.I should use it more often but since the weather is so great I am outside most of the time.You should see my arms and legs, I have Indian statis.I said that to Aunt Jeanand she asked me how could I get that. She didnt clue in my skin was real dark brown.LOL.We are not to bad around here. Well that is me.You know? I have been feeling so good the last 3 or 4 days.I feel I could climb the highest mountain.WOW eh.Then there is Glen he is not the greatest.Hehad his 89th.b day on june 11th.But now for some good news.Yup we did it.We went up town this morningand booked that Alaska crews we have been trying for for about 5years now.It cost more but with our health the way it is we got Ins. to cover the trip just to be on the safe side.I guess Id better get up and get the dishes done it is after 7o,clock.So till the next time we talk remember I love you all SOOOO much.Here,s to everyone who reads my blog. Hi everyone. This is me. Did you think i forgot all of you? No way I would do that.There just isnt much doing around here. Well the news is I finally got my ticket to day to go to Bridgett,s. I leave on the 23rd. and come back on the 18th.I was coming back on the 14th. but B has to be gone the 11,12,& 13th and she wanted to spend the last few days with me.so I changed my ticket for a few days.Glen is not the greatest but he,s not going to get any better so I might as well go now.We have heard about a Dr. over in Alberta that we think he might be able to help us so when we get home we are going to see about making a trip over to see him. Hi everyone sorry I havent been on here for awhile. we are still running to appointments. We both went to the Dr. last week. He wanted me to have xray,s. I couldnt get in till this Mon. of this week. I called to day but the Dr. has not yet received the results.They told me to check tomorrow again.I just dont think I should go anywhere till I see if something else can be done.Hey Cindy I just found out the other night you read my blog and check every night. to see how we are doing.I want to say a BIG THANK YOU. Hi everyone.Here I am at last.Finaly I am able to walk without pain. Well it is not completely gone but it is ok. Both Glen and I go to the Dr. tomorrow.I was realy disapointed when Dr. Sue left for Rutland because I have had her for as long as Ive been here.Dr White seems to be working out fine for us.It took him awhile to think on what to give me because of the meds. I cant take.He finaly came up with something but I have to take tynol with it sometimes I get heartburn with it anyway so I just pop the gavisgon.I had a good chat with David today havent heard from my girls lately.Up until testerday I didnt know if I would be going to Bridgette,s because I couldnt walkwithout bad pain but it is getting better now so things are looking up.Well how is everyone else doing?David made his passing marks at school and is finished there.Way to go my Son.I had no dought about you making it.Kathryn and Bridgette and you Grandkids send me an E MAIL I would like to hear from you all. Good evening to all.Here i am again with not much to say.We are having georgeous weather right now for the last few days nothing but good old sunshine.It is amazing how far it is up before 8 : in the mornings already.My back is much better , not so good yesterday but today I can tolerate it. Glen is down with pain all over. He is on more med,s again.I will be happy when warmer weather comes it always seems to give a person a lift at feeling better.Bridgette called again this morning Joshua is feeling better but she has a relaps. Happy Valentines to all.We had a pretty fare day today.We had a good valentines dinner. Neither one of us eat hardly anything anymore its hardly worth cooking.We werent hungry at supper so just had something to take med,s. withGlen got me a planter with real flowers this yr.instead of a big vase full.It was great yalking to Kathryn today.Hey Jess thank you girl for the comments.No I dont know what they can do for my back for sure. Hi all.Glen and I went to the Dr. today. He wanted to know if the dr. found out the results from the tests he had but he hadnt. Me well he told me he thought i had a slipped disc.I cant get an appointmenttill mon.at 2: 3o. I have to take someone else other than the one he wanted me . They are all in the same place but I wanted to see one as soon as I could.I cant walk only a few ft.at a time.Hope everyone else in my family is ok.La Ron just called to see how we were.I guess id better go find an easer chair to sit on.This one at my computer isnt the easiest or most comfortable.It seems as if I play musical chairs all day. Hi everyone. How are you all today?I had quite a let down today.It turned out to be the best though.\after all.I had booked a cruise hopping I could take my 3 kids and go on a happy holiday together.Something they had to remember since I feel I am on borowed time now.Well Kathryn said she would have to say no and Davidwould think it over.Bridgette said she could go anytime. But I knew it coud be hard for David and Kathryn because of there work and thingsto get away.But when I called Bridgette and told her she said what she had found out what other people had said about these package trips,the condition of the ship and the hotels they had for you I got on the phone and canceled the trip,If I could,nt get the money back I would of went and suffered through it but thank the Lord they are to return the money on the visa.It is my prayer that we can get together and do something in the near future.I have learned to look farther into things at all angles and everyone concerned before I commit to anything. All I could see was a time spent holiday with my kids.I hope no one thinks bad of me for that.Glen has promised to take me to Alaska cruise this summer but we have had a cruise booked befor and had to cancel because of health. Hi all just a note to let you all know we are ok here. It was good to get to church today. I have had to miss alot the last few months.It sure feels good to get back into things, Only hope I can feel good enough to continue. I felt very good yesterday back abit off today but it is coming along .Glen isnt to bad but for his ear,s mostly.. By the way Bridgette I started this past week to cut down on food and join you all. I am happy to say I lost about 3lbs.I know I wont do it every week but I am happy with it for a start.I have to lose the 10 lbs. I gained since heart surgery plus I hope another 10 that is all I want to. I will be happy with that. I am notwanting to be 110 anymore.Havent wanted that for a number of yrs. now.Oh well how is everyone of you well I hope.Glen is playing his little piano in hus bedroom but loud enough to distract me. Hi everyone I am writing abit early today.But there isn,t much to say.There isnt much going on around here.My back is abit more better today but I have to still take pain pills and use heat on it.Glen,s legs are realy bad today he is using the walker.Hope everyone is ok at all of your homes.Glen is also over the cold or flue or whatever he had.We are to get warmer days for about a week I guess then turn colder again.I hace had enough winter for this season like everyone else.I enjoy seeing the snow but it can get spring any time now.I am still at making cards.my but the time sure does fly when I am working on them.I will post them when I get a battery for my camera and someone will show me how.My visiting teacher Debbie said she would or her husband Gary.Well it is about time to get something for supper.I think it might be home made soup. Good evening everyone.how are you all out there?We are still about the same here.Oh my we had the nicest sun shine day today.I was wondering if it would ever come out here again.It was still cold but it makes you feel better when you see the sun. You dont get much of it for a couple or three months here in the winter with the mountains. There is good and bad to everything right?I received some bad news today. Bridgette you remember Harvey mackie,sdaughter Miranda?If not Serenity and Cassandra would the 4 of them used to play togetherwhen your girls came up north to my house.Well her husband his parentsandsome more of the barch clan was out snow mobiling in the mountains and Kelly miranda,s husband was killed in an avalanche 28yrs. old.They have 2 little boy,s. I,m not sure just how old they are.What a tragedy.The community is having a tough time dealing with it.I got a letter from Jim today and he wrote to me about it.He sent me a picture of Leah I think she is about 3 now but I dond remember for sure.She still looks more like her Mom.I believe she must be in ballet because of the kind of dress she has on and the posses.Glen got a phone call today he has to have a driving test.He has to go get info on it next wk. How are you doing Kathryn? Good evening all.Hope everyone had a good day.Mine was sort of busy in a way.My back isnt all better yet so its not heavy house work i,m doing.But I made 100 % whole wheat bread today. Glen wanted white bread so the other day he made it all I did was put it in loaves and the pans. Now it is very good I must admit but it dont stay with you like the 100% whole wheat.And not as good for you right?I have a receipe for whole wheat bread but it calls for 2 cups of white flour soooo since I am always changeing the originals I made up my own receipe using ALL whole wheat flourand it is scrumtious.I made this up when I lived up at Gravenhurst Ont.Ive been using it ever since.I also worked on the xmas tree decorations Im making for my great grandkids.I have only a couple more to go now.I cant work on the x stitch as long at a time like I used to.David called today he is doing pretty fair in school. He will make it Im sure..I think I will go and relax now for awhile. Hi everyone.I am feeling abit better. I hurt my back again last thurs packing graceries home.Been popping pain pills which I hate to do but the pain was so terrible.I just got over a bout with it from puting the xmas decorations up.Seems like I cant do anything any more.I will be happy when I can walk better and get some house work done. I made a pretty little box today with laced up corners. When I find out how to put pic,s on here I will show you some of the things I have learned to make. Hi everyone this is me . Your Mom, Gram,Great Gram. How are you all doing? Good I hope. I am not to bad but Glen is not the greatest. He has a bad cough, sore throat,chest hurts, and sort of all over aches.Sounds like the flue to me. We both had our flue shots but that doesnt mean you wont get the flue for sure.I sure hope I dont get whatever he,s got.I had to go pick up my hearing aid at noon today. It had to be sent awayto be fixed . It looks like they made me a new one.I was told they just might do that it had a big hole in it somehow.Well it is working now. I used my old one while I was without this one.I went to the craft shop this afternoon and got some more stuff and more stuff.There sure is some beautiful things on dissplay in there.I wish I could remember so I could do them all.Havent copied any yet , still doing my own design,s.I am anxious to get going on valentinesbut need a good stamp.Got sort of plain one today but a rubber one I dont care for yhem ,you cant see where you are putting them as well.Bridgette I seen a very smart layout today she was useing patterns sort of kidney shapes with different colors, she was just working on it when I went in and I didnt have time to wait and check it out.I hope to be going back in a few days I will ask if I can see it .It is to be demo,d. in a class.You know that Dalhia folding class I took, well I seen it today in black and white wow was it beautiful. Good day to all.Well this is the 1st.Sunday of the new year. We didnt get to church today. Our ward starts at 9 o clock this yr.instead of 11.Wow it sure makes a difference like I didnt get up till 8.45.I should of been up and got my nitro patch on at 8.00.This isnt the 1st. morning i,ve done this but for a awhile now.You see it is latter when I go to bed because I,m to put the patch on at 8.00 in the morning and leave it on till 10.oo at night so it is much latter going to bed. About a wk. ago I was so tired I went to bed at 6.3o but that is very unusual, between 8.3o and 9.oo is the norm for me.I have to have the patch on longer now but it is helping with the disscomfort in my chest. Glen has just got up from his nap he seems to be better lately since we have got snow and he gets outside and moves abit more.Well better go for this time. Hey all.I thought I would sit and chat for a few minuteswhile the tatters are cooking.I had them ready for the stove before I took Glen to the hos. for his colon tests.I just got back now the tatters are cooking so here I am pecking away with 2 fingers so you know what I am up to.Glen hasnt been able to eat for a couple of days now so he is starved. He asked me if I would make cream of tatter soup and have it ready for him when he got home from the hosp today.So it is on the go or the stove lol.I dont know how long he will be. HAPPYNEW YEAR TO EVERYONE.I pray we all have much better health,phiscal ,mental and spiritual this year than ever before.I thank the Lord every day for another day.Hopefully He will spare me to see anotheryear and somehow we can spend 2009 Christmas together.I do so want and pray for this every year .This will be the one if we all work toward it by starting now. Right?We are getting more snow.I was just telling Glen today when it was snowing realy hard, I remember when Bridgette was a little girl she would be out in this playing all by herself and the other kids would be peeking through the curtains watching her. Remember Kathryn when Evonne was about 1 and a half, our 1st winter in Alberta , you , Bridgette and I was out toboganing down the hill at the end of the house? I laid on my belly and told you to lay Evonne on my back on the tobogan she was not very happy about it when we went scooting downthe hill. She balled and you hollered she sure dont take after our side of the family eh Mom. LOL now when we think back to then right?I had a happy life there most of the time. I remember going out by myself when Bridgette was at school and even after she left home and toboganing down the hill so fast going over the driveway then down and over the bottom trail then through in and aroundthe trees in the bush all while Dad was watching looking out the dinning room windowholding his breathe hopeing I wouldnt hit a tree.I remember when I wanted cross country ski,s didnt know how to use them but Dad got them for me I sure had fun trying to use them . There again I would go out by myself and try to learn going back and forth on the bottom trail while Dad watched from in the house.Well I guess that is enough reminissing for today but it sure does bring back good happy memories.I would sure like to try to do some of those things again before I get older. i KNOW YOU ARE LAUGHING...BUT I KNOW I CAN...Till we talk again have a good night.. Happy day after xmas everyone.2008 IS JUST ABOUT OVER.ALLBUT THE SHOUTING.A new year is just around the corner.I pray we all have better health this yr.I am working hard to get the cross stitch xmas dec,s done for my great grand kids.My fingers get so numb from the diabetes I cant feel the needle so it is difficult to use.My left arm is acheingvery bad this afternoon I just had to give up for awhile. It is a struggle sometimes to get somethings done but I still wont give up.Winnie and Hazel was so surprised yesterday when they was over for dinnerat all the things I had on the go.Not only the crafts with the cards, cross stitchand the other things Im makingwith card stock,boxes and stuffwhen I bent over to pick something up they were amazed I didnt stumble and fall.They are falling all the time. Hi all. Well the sun is shining finaly. It is so beautiful.Glen will soon be home from the day hosp.I havent done anything much today while he has been gone. By the time I got the paper looked through it was getting to the last part of the morning.I like to look at most of it.Especialy the sale flyers.Aunt Jean called and we were on the phone 4 over an hour I finaly had to go get something to eat for lunch. I just dont want to do anything now.I sure lack energy.I dont like the way it makes me feel.Yesterday I made 3 zuchini loafs. I put all kinds of fruit in them for a xmas cake. Wow did they turn out scrumptious.I had put the zuchini in the freezer in the fall for this purpose.3 or 4 bags measured out . I had ran out of zuchini so had to finish the last bag with carrot. It was the one I used yesterday.Very GOOD I must say.I made a batch of fudge yesterday also but it didnt turn out so good I must say setting but it is more like taffy It sure is good though so will be eaten 4 sure.It has been ever so long since I made fudge. I used to make it so often I never had a flop with it . I guess it turned ouit about the way I felt. Oh well no more perfect fudge maker me.I think I will go and relax till Glen comes home. Hi everyone how are you all today? Glen had to go for blood tests today .My back has been bad for about 3 days now.I think I could of hurt it when I was doing the xmas tree and decorations. Hi everyone Hopeyou are all fine.We are not to bad today.I took Glen to the hosp. this morning for a scan on hos stomache. I go to the kidney specialist on wed.I am finished at the day hosp. on thursday.They wanted me to come back 1 more day to Gaduate. They said they wanted to give me a party what kind I dont know.I do know they take your pic. with a grad cap on.They dont think they can do anything more to help me so I will be starting at the coach program.Has anyone got there xmas tree up yet? We pyt ours up and I finished dressing it today and the rest of the decorations. Everything is donr now but the cleaning with the vacumn it sure can make a mess.Remember how I always put the icicles on one at a time and they had to hang just right? well guess what ? Not this time its to much. I put them on like you do Bridgette a few at a time they look ok.I dont make sure they hang perfectly straight either.I am not a perfectionist anymore.Gee when I think back how everthing had to be just so Man I sure did put in alot of time doing things just so it just isnt that important anymore. Thought Id better sit down and write abit or you might wonder why I havent.Well we finished putting the plastic on the windows in the porch Got the garden cleaned up but the carrots and beets we dont have any place to keep them over winter so we are just going to leave them in the ground and use them as needed till the frost gets them or whatever.It was to warm under the house last yr. and they rotted.We might can a few more beets.We are both very sore and tired tonight. Hi today.WellI have been busy today. First thing this morning after breakfast I looked at the paper whitch I should of not done 4 that was NOT IN MY PLANS LAST NIGHT.I knew I wanted alot done 2 day and I was 2 get up early. Well that didnt happen.So I was late getting started on things.First thing I went and got groceries. Well that took longer than I thought.So the morning was shot. We had lunch and I started to do laundry. The bedding.Well as I was finished putting them in the washer Glen decided to put the plastic on the windows of the porch. I wanted him to wait till I could help him but MEN.He proceeded but soon found out he needed my help.I helped him lay out the plastic on the porch floor. By this time the washer was finished so put sheets in dryer. Hurried back to help Glen we got part of the 1st. window done then he had to look elsewhere for other bits for the drill.I hurried in washed hands and took 1st. load of sheets out of dryer and put in another load.Ran back outside as he came back then we finished the top and bottom of the window.He was getting tired so I said you are going to go in and rest wich he didnt push to do more.He flopped in his chair for a minute and I told him he should lay down and rest so he did.Well I came out here and am writing this to you . It is already after 3 and I need to go put fresh sheets on the beds I dont like to do it alone so maybe I will wait till Glen wakes up and he can help .It is easier when one is on either side .Yep I think that is a good plan as I am rather tired and I need help to sometimes with things. Hi everyone . I havent been on here 4 a few days as you know.Well things are about the same around here. I didnt get to day hosp. today.I let Glen think I was not feeling well because he wasnt and I didnt want 2 leave him alone. He would of said he was ok and 4 me 2 go.He is failing. We talked about going 2 Bridgettes for xmas but I dont think he could make it now.He told me 2 day he wish he could crall in a hole and pull the dirt in over him.He said the way he feels most of the time he is ready to go.He is not getting any better.I really wonder if he will make it through the winter.He wont at the rate he is now.I am doing all I can for him but I am limited as well. At least his mind is ok. He can still look after his meds.and himself about dressing andbathing.He just gets so weak and dizzy some days I wont leave him alone.So I guess till spring we will be hold up here.I sure hope we dont have a hard winter or will have to find something else to do. Hi everyone. I havent been on here 4 a couple of days. I wrote in my blog the other night but I clicked it twice so it didnt go through. Well Glen & I had a quiet turkey day on Mon. We didnt have turk. Just chicken & dressing,with squash from the garden & pumpkin from the same place 4 pie.I just made the filling & baked it in a cake pan. That is how I have made most of my pies the last few yrs. We dont need all that greese anyway. Even though Bridgette says I make the flakiest pie crust ever.We went 2 the dr. 2 day I had 2 get a referal 4 the heart specialist & Glen got prescriptions.Our dr. is moving 2 Rutland it is still part of the city but quite a bit farther 2 drive so I guess we r going 2 see if we can get another in the same office as we have been going 2.If I am not satisfied I will go all the way 2 Rutland 2 dr. Sue.We r still going 2 the day hosp. I am still making cards. I sold 3 more 2 day but not xmas. I have an order for about 10 more xmas cards from another lady in my class.I have more than that made but I will get some different xmas paper b 4 I make more so she will have more 2 choose from. They all cant get over how pretty I make them. Good evening 2 everyone. how was your day?Mine was sort of hum drum. I did have a good laugh though. Bridgette called & Abby had 2 talk 2 me . Of coarse I didnt know a word she was saying but when she was talking 2 B . I could understand her most every word.She didnt think I was her great gram but she understood I was B,s mommy.B told her something was a color but she insisted it was orange.When she said orange: orange: orange I started 2 laugh she heard me & she had just told B the alligator was going 2 bite her so she said &its going 2 get your mommy 2.It was so funny 2 hear her say that.I still laugh when I think about it. Glen had a good giggle over it 2. He was in the living room but he heard her all the way in there.I sure miss my little ones but I know I couldnt stand the noise 4 very long at a time.I would have to find a good hideing place.Betcha it wouldnt take long 4 them 2 find it.They are so funny when they are little .I am missing alot I wish I was well enough 2 make a couple of trips a year then they would know me.Oh well hope 2 see them all in the spring.Then I suppose I will want the peace & quiet of home...lol. Well here I am again on Mon. eve.Not much going on 2 day.I went2 day hosp. this morning & came home right after. Was talking 2 Trish 4 a few min. & she is so adament about me going 2 coach. The association for cardiac health. I have been thinking of going after I finish with day hosp. But I have enough on my plate 4 now with both Glen & me going there. Maybe I should stop the day hosp. sooner &go 2 coach.I will talk 2 Trish about it maybe on thurs.I am not getting strength back. I am told I will have 2 have patience . It will take a few more months. But I think I should be a bit more not so tired all the time.I just dont have any energy what so ever.Right now it is about 8:oo & I could just lay on the floor or anyplace & rest probly go 2 sleep.I will go sit on the coach 4 abit b 4 going 2 bed.If I went 2 bed now I would b up at 11:oo till about 1:oo or 2:oo in the early morning so I will try 2 stck it out till 9:oo anyway.I have 2 go & rest now.By the way Bridgette I was talking 2 Kathryn & she said she can get my blob & reads it every night. Isnt that great?She says she can leave a comment. I dont know how that works but I hope it does. She is going 2 show David how 2 get it also. Hi here I am on this Fri. evening.For a start I made bread 2 day ,whole wheat of coarse.I didnt get to early a start so was till after lunch getting it finished.Glen went to the day hosp.today and didnt come home right from there b cause he had to go see the dr.So he didnt grt home till almost supper time.I didnt know what time he would be home so just made potatoe soup.He said it was so good and it was. He had 2 bowls of it with fresh bread.He is still loseing weight. About 20lbs. this past yr.He is about 126 now.I hope he picks up soon. I made cards again 2 day.Well I gues I will go sit with him in the living room 4 awile it is almost 8:00.We have been going 2 bed around 9:oo.I still get very verytired when night time comes.I dont have any energy. I have been getting the groceries now for awhile Glen just hasnt felt up to going to the store.I amgoing to go for now.Till tomorrow then. I will say good night love to all

Hi 2 night my but I am tired. Bruno came over this morning and painted the water stain in the back entrance. When he finished & had a hot chocolate he left. I then told Glen I was going out 2 Merisa,s 2 see what she had on sympathy & remembrrnce cards. Would you believe I was gone 4 over 2 hrs.Glen & I had a sandwich & of coarse I started on a card. Well I did 2 then I helped cut the lawn. Not much fisical stuff but I am realy tired more than usual. Merisa is 2 send me an e mail 2 night on sayings 4 sympathy cards.I just turned this machine on but I didnt get anything from her yet. I dont know what time she gets home she was 2 do it then. Bridgette I learned something new 2 day.Where you stamp with versamark then use the powder stuff.But I suppose you know already how 2 do it.Well of coarse when I seen how it was done I had 2 get the stuff 2 do it with.I tried a flower on a piece of scrap paper WOW & WOW it was pretty.I also was shown about that silver stuff in a bottle well I had 2 get some of that 2. It finishes a card off so .I dont use it on all my cards though.I better go & relax 4 awhile then try again 2 see if Merisa has sent the e mail By the way she remembered me but not my name she gave me a big hug and wanted 2 know how I was doing now. Bridgette she asked me if you got her e mail she sent you. I was sure you had . Why dont you answer her & you can get more stuff likely. She is anxious 2 see some of my cards & told me 2 bring my camera in next time & take pics. b cause I told her I would not remember what they looked like 2 make them when I got home.Well I realy must go for now have a good night . love to all

This is Mon. eve .I took Glen 2 the Day Hosp.this morning so I could have the car.I went 2 the craft store & got a bunch of c/s & some paper 2 make cards. I got a 3inch scalloped punch also.Wow am I ever doing good at this card making.I keep bringing them out 2 show Glen as I finish them.He smiles & said I am making them so fast I must have a conveyer belt.The designs are just rolling out of my head.It is fantastic .I dont know how long it will last but I hope they will keep coming for awhile yet.I have always enjoyed crafts. I guess that is where you Bridgette and your sister Kathryn gets it from.When I start something I dont know enough 2 rest from it then I get tired & want 2 do something different.I better not get tired of doing cards for awhile for I have got a bit of money tied up in all this stuff.Dont count on getting it yet Bridgette.When you are looking for card stuff will you keep in mindto check out on some sympathy and in rememberance cards. I amstumped on that card Irene wants me to make for her.I sold 2 cards the other day and Cathy wants more.Maybe a couple I dont know. My cousin Bill just called 2 see how I have been doing.He did something 2 his ribs when he went 2 the garbage dump so he isnt doing so good right now either. Here it is friday.My but this week has gone by fast. I havent got much done this week I have had problems with my back again.The only thing that seems 2 help is the magnets.I did get 2 the day hosp. on mon. & again yesterday.We had a good time yesterday but couldnt do all the things the rest did because of my back.Glen class had the same thing 2 day as we had yesterday.We had our pic,s taken in a big sombraro. Our theme was on Mexico even 2 our lunch.I didnt do anything today either. Francis came in this morning with the catalouge from c t m h so I have been looking at that. my so many things I would like 2 get. I wrote down some & it came 2 over 2.00 dollars. Guess I will have 2 cut it down.Thats without the paper 2.I wrote a list of the paper I want I will try 2 get it from wallmart or the craft store at least I will save the shipping charges from there.Well it is almost 4; 30 & I dont know what we will have 4 supper better go see whats in the fridge.Sorry I havent been on here most of the week but I just didnt feel like it. Well we r at the end of another day.It is almost 7:oo p m . I just finished my shower & Glenhas just gone in 4 his bath. He likes 2 soak in the tub 2 get rid of some aches & pains.It has been sort of a relaxed day 2 day.I am abit sore from the outside work I did yesterday.I felt so good I didnt know enough 2 stop.I just cut off some dead flowers from my garden & went 2 the grocery store.I puddled around not doing much other allday 2 day.I am anxious 2 get back at doing my cards but there r things I must get 2 do them with.Ithink I will go relax on the coach. Hi here I am again well I had no trouble 2 get on here this time. I forgot 2 tell u last night I made bread whole wheat yep not a spoonful of white flour in it. Well it turned out very special.So scrumpcious.David & Kathryn will b so pleased with there Mama eating good 4 u bread.I made a pumpkin pie also but without the crust.I just put it in a cake pan. We dont need all that grease & white flour anyway.Well I got 2 the day hosp. 2 day. My but we have a good class. Very jolly. We all kmow how 2 laugh at ourselves & joke about things wrinkles & things we cant do anything about..Well I hope I can get a better sleep 2 night than last night.Glen just turned on the t v. We had a game of yatzee now it is after 8:oo p m. Yes Bridgette I did get the pics. on u r blog.My I do look sickly & washed out.But I guess that is expected after only a couple of days after the surgery.So till 2 morrow have a good night. Hi . Finaly I can get on here again. It has been playing tricks on me the last few days.Well we have been going 2 the Dr,s. a few times since I have talked on here.Glen goes 4 ultra sound next Wed. I went 4 x rays last Fri. on my shoulder.I started back at the day hosp. on Mon.just 4 the last hr. I will try 2 get there 2 morrow 4 the whole class.Glen is not good he has been having alot of trouble with his stomache. Well till 2 morrow I hope I can get on here without any problems. The pain med,s. the dr. gave me 2 day is helping abit but I put heat on my arm & shoulder & I think that helped more.Debbie came in this afternoon & picked up the peaches I told her she could have.Carrie called 2 night 2 see how I am doing.They r good girls. It is hard 4 them 2 get 2 gether 2 do there visiting teaching as they both work & different days.Well these pills r trying 2 make me abit drowsy so I guess I,d better go & see if I can relax & maybe go 2 bed early. Hi here it is 12:36 & we just got back from the dr.I have had pains in my shoulder & down my left arm4 a couple of daysit goes across the top of my shoulders & up my neck. I started 2 wonder if it was heart related. The day hosp. called this morning she said I didnt sound good. When I told her about my arm she thought it might b heart related also so I went 2 the clinic I had called b 4 & found out my dr. was not on so I called back & said I would see anyone.This lady dr. I seen was very nice I would,nt mind if she was on again if I have 2 see someone other than dr. Sue. Well I better check the soup I made it this morning but had 2 turn it off when we left 4 the dr,s.Glen has 2 go 4 more blood test,s so he will pick up my prescription it sure is paining.I must go 4 now

Good morning . This is 4 yesterday. I had an appointment at 10: 15 at the heart specialist then came home Glen was asleep so went 4 blood test on kidneys 4 the heart Dr. I have 2 go 4... 3 months 2 keep a check on them.Came home againGlen was just wakening up so got dinner .Had 2 take the list of my meds. back up 2 the drs. office then 2 the bank then over 2 signmy new will.I went out 2 the craft shop 4 supplies 4 my cards but they dont carry the ones I want so came back home & made 2 more cards.I sure am into it. Well better go 4 now & get something done . While sitting outside with my hot drink this morning I thought i,d better get on a routine like I used 2 b a few yrs. ago so I get all these things done I have planed. There will b no time 4 sitting around 4 me soon.The heart specialist wants me 2 take another class so with it, the day hosp. 2 days a wk & my cards plus Glens day hosp. 2 days a wk. We will likely have 1 day 2 gether on sat.& of coarse Sun.It is a good feeling 2 know I can do so much .I just hope I canGood thing these classes r only 4 a few hrs a day.Well talk 2 u all latter It is after 10 so I better get dressed. luv u all.

I have 2 appointments 2 morrow & it is Glens day 4 Day Hosp.He isnt feling well so may b he wont go.If he does I will take him so I can have the car. Hi I am not up 2 to much 2 day. I have been going through some books & papers . Found some interesting things I forgot I had.Like maybe 30 yrs. ago.Like that is awhile yes?Well I hope 2 get some of the things done up this winter from them. Another project.Seems like I dont have 2 look any further 4 things 2 do 2 keep me busy 4 more than this winter.I guess I will have 2 get more organised so as 2 get everything accomplished. I can do it I know I just have 2 sit down& figure things out as there importance. Well the ambulance is back 4 the 3rd. time 4 Winnie in the last wk. end. They told her at the hosp, it wasn,t her heart but muscles in the chest. She has been in terrible pain.I hope they can do something 4 her this time. Glen isn,t feeling the greatest 2 day again. That is par 4 the coarse 4 quite some time now.At least I am getting better.I canot b kept down 4 long. I am a surviver. I have learned 2 b most of my adult life.At times it sure comes in handywhen u can cope with things. Bridgette I saw I think it was wizards hangout some cards I dont understand what they mean could u tell me like u were talking 2 me ok? 1 was the green 1 with white polka dots & a snow man. The other was blue background with trees & snow flakes. & snow drifts & snow man. Did u know I have got 2 punches the same size.Do u remember what size of the curly edges I needed?I will have 2 find out from the lady across the bridge right?I will wait 4 your answer on these cards. And the snow man u were going 2 do 4 me.Wow I am sure pleased with this mini book. Well here I am it is 6.32 evening I have been busy 2 day.Glen & I made bread then he laid down this afternoon, I rearranged the living room , We 1,rst got rid of that ugly swamp cooler it is out in the porch.Then I started moving things.. Then I got going on the sun room. It,s not finished yet I an still on the books & papers on the table. They will probaly end up back in the box I took them out of.I need the table 4 my card making.Now that is very important now.We have 2 get another 1 set up 4 Glens puzzles.He has deceided he wont b able 2 do horse shoe,s now.He will end up looking 4 someone 2 play crib .He has started after supper 2 night 2 read my book Silence of the north.I have read it b 4 but I would like 2 read it again.Well I am tired 2 night.It is allmost 7.00& I domt like 2 go 2 bed b 4 ...9.00.It has been a beautiful day, sunshine & more sunshine 4 u B u should of stayed 4 another wk.or 2 ..Hugs & kisses 2 all luv ya lots

Hi again4 2 day.Well I got 2 Michaels after I finished the 3 loads of laundry & cleaned the bath room all shinyclean.It,s been sort of neglected lately.After coming home from getting my supplies I had a bite 2 eat. Glen was allready eating . Then I swept & washed the kitchen floor. I was just throwing the water out & Kathryn called we talked only 4 a few min,ts.Now I am telling u what more i,ve done.I am tired so I think I will sit down & rest.Maybework on my mini book.I miss Bridgette allready.It wasnt so bad when David & Kathryn left b cuz B wasstill here. Good morning Glen & I took Bridgette 2 the air port this morning. She is on her way home 2 Arkansas. Whenwe got back home we were so tired we left here a little after 4 o,clock so I went back 2 bed & Glen laid down on the couch. I was cold & could,nt go 2 sleep so got back up & turned the furnace on.Then started the laundry I have got both bedding doneby now except the last of the drying.It is 7.30 a m I guess i,d better get something 2 eat & take my pills.Glen just got up.I have 2 go 2 Michaels after abit 2 pick up supplies I had them put away 4 me yesterday 4 2 day the sale of 40 off starts .I dont know what else I will get done 2 day I will see how I feel latter.

Good morning I am feeling a bit better 2 day so far. This is Bridgette,s last day with me we have alot 2 do I wish she could extend her plane ticket 4 at least 2 more wks. There was so much time I didnt feel like doing anything . I tried 2 go when I could but it done me out. I still get very tired sometimes even by noon.I will b glad when I can do more but I dont think I will b able 2 ever do what I could.
